3. Use of Inter Box Code

• The Box Code is a unique identifier that links your fiat payment to your specified on-chain account.
• You must include the Box Code in the payment memo when transferring funds via your bank.
• Interbox is not liable for incomplete or failed transactions resulting from incorrect or missing Box Codes.

4. Transaction Records and Compliance

Interbox retains a record of issued Box Codes and related transactions to comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and other legal requirements. Such records may be disclosed to law enforcement or other authorities upon receipt of a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal request.

5. Refunds for Incorrect Transactions

Although Interbox is not liable for incorrect or missing Box Codes, we may return funds via Zelle at our sole discretion if the customer can provide proof of the transaction, including the original payment and associated details.

6. Limitations of Liability

• Interbox facilitates fund routing but does not act as a money transmitter. All transactions are executed between accounts owned and controlled by you.
• Interbox is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party services, including banks, blockchain networks, or wallet providers.
• Use of Interbox is at your own risk. Interbox does not guarantee the security of external systems, such as your bank or crypto wallet.

7. Privacy

Interbox minimizes the collection and retention of personal information. Records of Box Codes and related transactions are retained solely for regulatory compliance and operational purposes. By using Interbox, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how data is managed and secured.
